Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalendarScheduler ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

CalendarScheduler is a calendar scheduling platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage booking pages for scheduling meetings
  • Integrate with calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Manage availability and time zones
  • Send and receive booking notifications
  • Customize booking experiences with branding options
  • Access analytics and reporting features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

4.2 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or your account may be suspended.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CalendarScheduler and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including calendar providers (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Any issues or disputes with third-party services should be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarScheduler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CalendarScheduler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalendarScheduler operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
